Do facial cleansers work better with open pores?
I have been using this blackhead cleanser that my facial specialist recommended me to use. For the first few weeks, its been working really well. However, for the past few days or so, the weather has been fluctuating from hot and cold so now I’m getting more of a breakout. I asked the specialist if a table top face steamer would help with my acne, but she said, “No, it would make your acne worse.” I have oily skin, but I have doubts about whether or not that is true. I was thinking of steaming my face first to open up the pores and then using the facial cleanser.

Just try pre-washing with hot water. that will open up your pores. & then wash. i usually splash with cold water afterwards . hope this helps.
