Why should I allow my husband to go to a massage parlor
First off, it is “Asian” and open noon to midnight. They advertise in the sports section. This is suspicious.
He tells me it is 20 minutes of steam shower (probably with a girl washing you), 30 minutes of “body work” that is definitely done by a woman, a manicure, facial, and hair styling for “only” $75, plus tip.
I asked if I could come along. He doesn’t think so. A friend says it is a thinly disguised brothel.
He says he needs to de-stress. This sounds like I shouldn’t trust him. Should I call the place? Should I just ask if they provide sex as part of the deal? I need to know before I agree to this.
As a professional Therapist for over nine years I have to answer this for you , Go to AMTA websight and see if they are Certified licensed therapists. If they are not ligit DO NOT let him go ,
Instead you can provide him with a list of local therapists that are are trained certified and licensed by the local and state laws. You can also research if your state has Massage Therapy Board if they do, you can turn this place in for unlawfull practice and let them take care of it.
Just type into your search the name of your state and add Massage Board to it sholud come up with some good searches.
There are good professionals out there and this place does not sound like they employ any of them . best of luck.
