how much weight will ,or can i loose if i have a sauna each day say on a monthly basis,and reduced sugars ect…
i also have psoraisis i am hoping it will reduce my symptons and how long that might be untill i see results…

Sauna’s are great for your skin, they just are not a weight loss tools. If they were, there would be no fat people, we’d all use a sauna a day and be slim!
There is only one way to lose weight: Diet and exercise.
Go to your book store and check out the south beach diet, or any other plan.
You can even buy one of those calorie counter pocket guides at the grocery store for about $2. Plan to eat 1200 calories a day. You should lose about 2 pounds a week.
Do eat 5-7 servings of fruits or veggies a day
2-3 servings whole grain bread,pasta or rice
2-3 servings skim milk or 2% milk (helps reduce belly fat)
lean protein at each meal, a serving is the size of a deck of cards.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
It takes 3,500 calories to make a pound of fat. It takes 12 calories per pound to maintain weight for females. A 100# female would require only 1200 calories a day to stay the same weight.
So to lose a pound a week, you would have to cut back 500 calories a day on your intake, to lose two pounds a week, you cut back 1000 calories a day. To lose more, you must burn fat. To cut back too many calories, you start to burn muscle as well as fat.
If you introduce cardio exercise into your weight loss efforts, you will also burn fat and increase your weight loss. If you have been inactive, start with 30 minutes a day and work up to an hour. Choose something you like to do: Walk briskly (where you can barely carry on a conversations), jog, ride a bike, swim, take an aerobics class, or buy a dvd with an aerobic workout you can do at home. The good thing about exercise, is it increases your metabolism, and keeps it up for several hours after you stop.
Absoloutely no McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, or other fast food. No fried foods, french fries, burgers, etc. Their meals have so much fat and calories that you could put on weight by eating there only one time a day. No sugar sodas, only no cal soda drinks.
