Portable Steam Sauna

I am thinking of buying a indoor home sauna, but I don’t understand the difference between a ceramic infrared sauna and a carbon infrared sauna. Which one is better for the body?

The difference is the composition of the heating element. Ceramic elements operate at higher temperatures than carbon elements, and therefore radiate at slightly different wavelengths. I am not aware of any studies that have looked objectively at the different sources of radiation.
