I really like the far infrared sauna since it doesnt make you sweat so much and it gives relief to stiff joints.They also had a private room with a key-pad for privacy and easy access so you usually had it to yourself. I found that a swim suit was the best thing to wear in the sauna, since you wont leave sweat marks on the seats, yuck! I like the private sauna since you wont be surprised by a naked person in there already, but be prepared if the sauna is more than 1 person sometimes people are in the buff.
