What should I do after using the steam room?
I know the benefits of using a steam room but I’m wondering what one should do after leaving the steam room. So far, all I have found on the internet is that it might be a good idea to take a cold shower to close my pores or use some ice, and drink some water. What do you steam room users do? Can I put acne medication on while my pores are open? Please help.
