I enjoy the sweat and I do find that it energizes me. I can’t get in it too close to bedtime or I can’t sleep. I am now saving for a different model, but am glad I got this one. –Use a towel on the chair if you do not want to burn your bottom.

If your goal is to work up a good sweat… this will do it!!!!
For the most part, I enjoy mine. However, there is only one
setting — HOT! DARN HOT! You cannot control the temperature.
If your goal is a relaxing sauna, this is probably NOT what you are looking for.
Once this baby heats up, it’s all you can do to stay in it. You must exit it once
in a while before you cook to death.
It’s also made for a fairly small person.
I don’t think my 6’0″ boyfriend could ever fit inside it.
And the chair which comes with it is teeny-tiny.
