I just bought a used professional facial steamer and I’m having problems with it… there is some oxidation on the heating part of it and when I turn it on instead of making larger bubbles it makes alot of small bubbles and end up overflowing. something is wrong and I dont know how to fix it… please help!

try oiling the rusting parts and let it dry out completely
