The ease with which this sauna is set-up cannot be matched! The benefits of Far Infrared to begin with surpasses anything we know of today. To now have affordable access readily available is the total end! I recommend this product for a multitude of ailments, aches and pains, BUT, most importantly as a device which will remove heavy metals from the body in record time without any discomfort. My immune system has increased as a by-product of how I intended to use the sauna. It was not until after I purchased this portable Far Infrared Sauna that I was made aware that products of this nature are endorsed by both Dr Oz and Oprah!! Happy Healing!
