I received and wasn’t worked at first use. It wasn’t even on when I turned remote on and plugged in the wall. I believed it was defective. Because I decided to purchase other seller as same item was worked. I would recommended that if it happen with defective and get replace it for work as I guarantee!

I have not yet used my new Conair Spa. My old one is still functioning, although not consistently, so fairly soon I will begin using my new one. I am assuming it will be as good as my old one, which is a Conair that I have used for quite awhile.

I would not recommend this product. Poor construction, difficult to use and is loud. Will sell it at my next garage sale and would feel guilty if I asked more than $5 for it.

My kids missed their jacuzzi from the previous home but I didn’t want to spend big money to get the soaker tub replaced. This Thermal Spa is an inexpensive solution that keeps the kids happy. The bubbles help to work up lather for a bubble bath. The heating capability is marginal but if you use warm water to begin with, it works ok. Since it is designed for one adult, you need to be a little creative to use it for a couple of kids!
